Hope for the Animals is a 501c3 non-profit, all volunteer, animal welfare organization serving Lower Bucks County, PA.  We proudly help animals with a special commitment to helping to those abandoned and facing medical challenges with care and compassion. We intervene to help those with no advocate. Additionally, through our planned guardian cat and dog program; we strive to provide peace of mind and long-term planning for owners who worry about their pets if they were to pass. This guardian program goes hand in hand with our plan to build a sanctuary in the region which may provide a long-term home for an animal in need.
MISSION:
Our mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable animals through compassionate care, supportive fostering, and on-going support via long-term homes / sanctuary. We focus on animals who might otherwise go without the care and resources they desperately need.

Rescue:Â We take on complex or hard-to-place cases and provide higher-level of support that many animals would not otherwise receive. We give hope to those animals that no longer or never had someone to advocate for them.Â

Healing:Â We work to place every animal in a loving home to provide ongoing support as while under our care recovering from physical and mental traumas. Permanent homes are found for those able to transition from our care.Â

Sanctuary: HFA's ultimate goal is too build an animal sanctuary. The sanctuary will complement our lifesaving interventions by providing a long term residence for cats, dogs, and small farm animals with a supportive, sustainable, lifelong home for those with no alternative. Â
